ALL SALES are final. But we will replace broken or defective earrings!

We are a micro-small business. We are a 4-generation team that includes myself, my mom, my daughter (who mostly rolls her eyes but makes a great model) and my sweet Grandmother, Meme, who serves as our virtual greeter so to speak. (She prays that our earrings would be a blessing to all who wears
We greatly appreciate you supporting our business. We cannot process refunds at this time but if you receive your item and it is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement.
All of our earrings are engraved with a laser and many are hand painted so each earring is unique and will not look identical to the other. This does not constitute damage.
The earring must be broken or missing the proper hardware in order to receive a replacement.
Replacement Policy:
We aim to please every customer so please help us give you the best service possible by following our replacement procedure.
If we receive your replacement request within 7 days of the package delivery date, and you are approved, we will cover the shipping. If we receive the replacement request between 8-14 days after the arrival of the package, we will invoice you for shipping.
To request a replacement for a damaged or defective earring:
- Send an email to ReplaceTTS@gmail.com
- In the Subject Line write: REPLACE- (First and Last Name)
- In the body of the email, please include your order # and the email you used to purchase if it is not the one you are using.
- Please upload a picture that shows where there is damage or a missing piece of hardware and also explain. We need to be able to see which earring it is since most of our styles are mismatch and the Left earring and the Right earring are different.
- If you fall within the 7 days of delivery timeframe, we will ship you a replacement at no cost to you.
If you fall withing the 14 day grace period, we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost.
