Replacement Policy
We aim to please every customer so please help us give you the best service possible by following our replacement procedure.
If we receive your replacement request within 7 days of the package delivery date, and you are approved, we will cover the shipping. If we receive the replacement request between 8-14 days after the arrival of the package, we will invoice you for shipping.
To request a replacement for a damaged or defective earring:
1. Send an email to ReplaceTTS@gmail.com
2. In the Subject Line write: REPLACE- (First and Last Name)
3.In the body of the email, please include your order # and the email you used to purchase if it is not the one you are using.
4. Please upload a picture that shows where there is damage or a missing piece of hardware and also explain. We need to be able to see which earring it is since most of our styles are mismatch and the Left earring and the Right earring are different.
5. If you fall within the 7 days of delivery timeframe, we will ship you a replacement at no cost.
6. If you fall withing the 8-14 day grace period, we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost.
